Question by AMANDA C: Recipe for skillet apples made with white wine?
I found a recipe last year for apples made in a skillet using just white wine, sugar, and cinnamon. I lost the recipe does anybody know where to get this recipe or what it is? Thanks!

Question by angelawilkins@att.net: Any and All Electric Skillet Recipes?
My in-laws bought me an electric skillet, after being appalled that I had never owned one! Now I just need to know how and what to cook in it!! Any recipes?
It does have a thermosat from low warm up to 450/ and I have never cooked fried anything before, so please give me instructions with any suggestions you all leave! Thanks!

If it’s the kind with the thermostat, they are killer for fried chicken since it keeps the temperature constant. In fact, any fried food for that reason.
